The Role
- Grade checking & supporting general labouring tasks
- Operating rollers (smooth & padfoot) with confidence
- Delivering consistent, high-quality work on subdivision & bulk earthworks projects
- Working as part of a team that depends on each other to get the job done
Requirements
- Proven experience in civil construction or roller operation
- Roller Ticket (RII) - ESSENTIAL
- White Card + relevant safety tickets
- Full PPE (long sleeve hi-vis, long pants, steel caps)
- Reliable transport & a reputation for turning up and getting stuck in
