We're looking for an enthusiastic Associate Recruitment & Community Consultant to help grow our community, support our members and build a successful career in technology recruitment.

What you'll be doing

- Build relationships with technology professionals across AI, Cyber Security, Cloud, Data and Digital Transformation.
- Source and interview candidates through LinkedIn, referrals and professional networks.
- Grow and engage the Umbrella Club community.
- Support members throughout their recruitment and contracting journey.
- Write job adverts, coordinate interviews and prepare candidate submissions.
- Assist with networking events and community initiatives.
- Work alongside experienced consultants supporting leading enterprise, government and consulting clients.

- Technology savvy with an interest in AI and emerging technologies.
