Samaritans Foundation in the Recent England region invites applications for a Therapeutic Case Worker (Identified role) to support HYAP in Tamworth or Armidale. This full‑time, maximum term position delivers trauma‑informed, strengths‑based case work to unaccompanied young people at risk of homelessness.

The role requires a tertiary qualification, current WWC and Police checks, and a commitment to culturally appropriate supports for Aboriginal communities.
