De Bortoli Wines Pty Ltd, based at our Bilbul head office in NSW, is seeking an experienced Cellar Manager to oversee the Finished Wine Cellar operations, lead a cellar team, and drive secure, high-quality production.

You will champion lean improvements, maintain HACCP and BRC standards, plan rosters, supervise Cellar Supervisors and Hands, and collaborate with Quality, Laboratory, Production Planning and Maintenance to meet production targets.
