Job Description

Full‑time Marketing Specialist position available with competitive salary. Work in a dynamic team in East Perth, WA.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team and contribute to the development and delivery of innovative marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, engage customers, and support the commercial success of our member agencies.

Key Responsibilities

- Researching market trends, customer behaviour, competitor activities, and travel industry developments to identify marketing opportunities.
- Developing, implementing and evaluating integrated marketing strategies that promote the Travellers Choice brand and support business growth.
- Planning and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, website, print and other advertising platforms.
- Coordinating promotional campaigns with member travel agencies and preferred suppliers to maximise customer engagement and sales opportunities.
- Managing digital marketing initiatives, including website content, search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing and social media campaigns.
- Monitoring and analysing campaign performance using marketing analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs),



and preparing reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Liaising with external agencies, designers, media providers and suppliers to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Assisting in the planning and delivery of seasonal campaigns, travel promotions, events and brand awareness initiatives.
- Monitoring marketing expenditure and ensuring effective utilisation of campaign budgets.
- Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing communications and ensuring compliance with company branding guidelines.
- Supporting business development initiatives by identifying promotional opportunities and contributing to new marketing programs that enhance customer acquisition and retention.

Skills and Experience

- A bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
- At least two years of relevant marketing experience (or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing and content marketing.
- Experience planning and managing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent analytical, communication and project management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
- Experience within the travel, tourism or hospitality industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.
