WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Graduate IT Administrator at Norton Gold Fields, you are responsible for providing support to the IT Administrators who are overseeing and maintaining all aspects of the company’s computer infrastructure.

- Provide friendly, prompt IT support to staff across the business, logging and triaging all issues through the ticketing system and escalating where needed.
- Set up recent computers and hardware, maintain the asset register, and manage the decommissioning and disposal of equipment.
- Assist with procurement of hardware, software licences and third‑party service agreements, including review and processing of IT‑related invoices.
- Support IT project work and contribute improvement ideas to help the team deliver better outcomes across the business.
- Assist with training users, managing mobile devices and ensuring all software and registers are kept current and accurate.
- Travel to sites as required to provide hands‑on IT support, working closely with IT Administrators in a customer‑focused, professional manner.

ABOUT YOU

- Current, unrestricted Western Australian Class Driver’s “C‑A” or “C” class licence(Essential) .
- Degree in Computer Science or related field(Essential).




- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Clear and professional communicator with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- A proactive team player who is adaptable, calm under pressure and eager to learn.
