Emeco Group is seeking a Heavy Diesel Technician stepping into a Leading Hand role at the Fimiston mine site in Kalgoorlie. You’ll lead 10–15 on day and night shifts, maintaining and optimisation of our heavy earthmoving fleet, and supporting the rental fleet.

We value safety and leadership, with a proven mine-site track record on Caterpillar, Komatsu or Hitachi gear. A Heavy Diesel Fitter ticket and Australian driver’s licence are required; DIDO rosters offer solid career progression.
