Responsibilities

- Provide quality client‑focused care to patients, their families and carers, using a holistic approach.
- Assess and monitor patients' physical and mental state.
- Work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team to provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers.

Qualifications

- Resilient, compassionate, and have a whole lot of heart.
- Committed to delivering exceptional patient‑centred care.
- Able to lead a team of PCAs.
- Collaborate effectively with clinical leadership team.
- Good time management skills.
- Administer medications.
- Productive wound management.
- Capable of assessment and care planning review.
- Effectively assess residents for clinical deterioration and liaise with multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent documentation skills.





Required Documentation

- Proof of current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
