Responsibilities

- Facilitate planning sessions and workshops to build alignment and collaboration across project teams
- Support programme reviews, reporting, forecasting and performance analysis
- Coordinate planning inputs from project teams, subcontractors and key stakeholders
- Communicate programme updates, key milestones and dependencies clearly across the project
- Maintain accurate planning records and supporting documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, reporting and project controls

What you’ll bring

You’ll bring experience in construction or infrastructure planning, with a strong understanding of how effective programming supports successful project delivery. You’re analytical,



organised and confident working with project teams to turn complex information into clear, practical insights.

- Experience in a planning or programming role within construction or infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of construction methodology, sequencing and project delivery
- Ability to develop, maintain and analyse detailed project programmes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
