The Role
Pure new business. You'll join an established mid-market sales team in Sydney, working directly alongside a senior Account Executive to build and progress pipeline across a named account territory.
Deals here move fast relative to enterprise — but still involve real stakeholder complexity (finance, ops, sometimes IT). If you want a seat that teaches you how mid-market SaaS is actually sold, without an 18-month sales cycle,

What You'll Be Doing
- Outbound prospecting into mid-market accounts across key verticals
- Engaging finance, ops and technology stakeholders
- Supporting and partnering with an AE through the full sales cycle
- Building pipeline across Financial Services, Retail, Hospitality and Qualified Services accounts
What You'll Need
- 12+ months of B2B SaaS sales experience (BDR, SDR or junior AE)
- Proven outbound hunting ability
- Comfortable managing a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder sales process
- Sydney-based, 3 days per week in a CBD office
The Package
- $90,000 base + super
- $120,000 OTE — uncapped
