About the Role

This full‑time Retail Manager works under the guidance of the Store Manager in the Central West region. The role requires a highly organised and capable individual eager to learn and quick to adapt to new environments. You will create and maintain a vibrant store culture that delivers the highest standards of customer service. Attention to detail is essential, and the successful candidate will play a key role in the success of our business by ensuring sales, store and merchandise appearance, customer service and operational functions are first class every day.

Responsibilities

- Lead and provide ongoing support, training and development for your team
- Outstanding customer service standards
- Profit and loss management, including budgets
- Personnel cost management, including rostering
- Stock control
- Maintain store presentation, visual standards and promotional activities





What We Need From You

- Previous supermarket Retail Manager experience
- Diploma or at least 3 years of experience
- Customer service focused
- Ability to engage, mentor and lead a team of 100 staff
- Understanding of supermarket best practice including P&L; management, inventory & merchandising
- Excellent communication skills
