At GenesisCare we are looking for a Referrer Engagement Representative to join our team on a 12‑month full‑time secondment based across the Sydney Metro area. In this relationship‑focused role you will partner with GPs, specialists, hospitals and other healthcare professionals to increase awareness of GenesisCare’s oncology services and help connect patients with high‑quality care.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with GPs, specialists, hospitals and other healthcare professionals.
- Engage with existing and prospective referrers to strengthen awareness of GenesisCare’s oncology services and referral pathways.
- Partner with GenesisCare doctors and operational leaders to strengthen referral pathways and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute referrer engagement activities that support referral growth and increase awareness of GenesisCare’s services.
- Monitor referral activity, market trends and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities and support informed decision‑making.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting, ensuring engagement activities and outcomes are effectively tracked.
- Support educational events, conferences, networking activities and medical forums that strengthen partnerships within the healthcare community.
- Act as a trusted connection between GenesisCare and healthcare professionals, providing valuable insights that support continuous improvement and service excellence.

Qualifications

- Experience in healthcare,



pharmaceuticals, medical devices, hospitals, specialist practices or a stakeholder engagement focused role.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce experience highly regarded.
- Ability to quickly learn and communicate clinical or technical information.
- Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Solid Microsoft Office skills.
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Flexibility to travel.
