Family Day Care Queensland is seeking a motivated and strategic Workforce Growth and Engagement Strategist to attract, recruit and retain high-quality educators across our Family Day Care and In Home Care services.

Reporting to the Enhance Manager, you will lead recruitment campaigns, engagement initiatives and workforce planning, building partnerships with training providers and community organisations to position Enhance as an employer of choice.
