Job Description Summary

We are seeking a proactive and operationally focused Precinct Facilities Manager to support facilities management services across a high-profile precinct portfolio.

Responsibilities

- Deliver day-to-day facilities management services including planned and reactive maintenance.

- Coordinate contractors and service providers to ensure safety, compliance and service quality standards are met.

- Monitor asset condition, defects and maintenance priorities across assigned precincts.

- Work closely with onsite Helpdesk teams to manage maintenance requests and work orders.

- Support events and precinct operations, including inspections, temporary works and post-event rectification.

- Ensure compliance with WHS, statutory and operational requirements.

- Provide operational reporting, issue escalation and support continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

- 3+ years’ experience in facilities management or building operations.

- Experience working within complex, public-facing or precinct environments.





- Strong understanding of maintenance delivery, contractor coordination and compliance requirements.

- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage competing priorities in quick-paced operational environments.

- Trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Building Services or related discipline preferred.
