TSPV Cleared |Requirements Manager – Drive Complex ICT Delivery

This chance is ideal for an experienced Requirements Manager who can work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and delivery teams to translate business needs into practical technical solutions while managing scope, change, and evaluation across complex ICT initiatives.

Security Clearance Requirement

Due to the nature of this environment, candidates must hold a current TSPV/TSPA clearance.

Eligibility

Essential Tasks

- Capture, validate, and manage high-level and detailed requirements to support translation into technical solutions
- Work with stakeholders, project managers, and delivery teams to identify requirements, analyse risks, and support complex delivery outcomes
- Conduct stakeholder engagement activities to clarify current and future business processes
- Document requirements standards,



manage scope through change processes, and support planning and evaluation activities

Key Criteria

- Demonstrated ability to capture and manage business and technical requirements in complex ICT environments
- Experience across ICT infrastructure rollout, application development, systems integration, or system implementation
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience eliciting and refining business process requirements
- Experience documenting requirements gathering, planning, evaluation, and change management activities
