Commercial Manager – Project Logistics (Brisbane or Perth)

Your typical day at DSV

- Support the development of the long‑term strategy for project logistics in Australia, aligning with global and regional vertical leads
- Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities with key clients in all project related sectors
- Leverage DSV's global network and regional teams to identify cross‑border opportunities and provide integrated solutions to our customers
- Ensure all commercial activities are conducted in line with DSV policies, ethical standards, and relevant Australian laws and regulations
- Track and report on key commercial KPI's including revenue, quote‑to‑win ratios, pipeline conversion, and profitability by account




- Minimum 7‑10 years of experience in project logistics, freight forwarding or a related commercial management role

- Adopt a customer‑first approach, prioritizing customer needs and expectations in all operations. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering reliable, timely, and cost effective freight solutions
- Consistently achieving best performance, driving commercial excellence and meeting or exceeding KPI's
- Demonstrate effective leadership by guiding, mentoring, and supporting team members, inspiring them to achieve their best performance
- Client relation and retention‑ Strengthen long term partnerships with key accounts through effective relationship management
