Job Description

- Manage the end-to-end credit control process, including monitoring overdue accounts and following up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and payment agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Provide regular reports on accounts receivable status to management and stakeholders.
- Negotiate payment plans and terms with customers.




- Monitor customer accounts for potential risks and recommend appropriate actions.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.

The Successful Applicant

- Demonstrated experience in credit control.
- Solid attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills to manage client relationships.
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of customer service skills.
- Intermediate excel skills.
