We are partnering with a growing travel insurance organisation to recruit an Emergency Assistance Claims Coordinator.

Working within a supportive and team-oriented team, you will play a key role in assisting travellers during emergencies, coordinating urgent cases and ensuring claims are managed efficiently and accurately. What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinate emergency assistance cases and urgent customer enquiries
- Review policy coverage and support travel insurance claims assessments
- Liaise with customers, medical providers and internal stakeholders
- Assist with complex and time-sensitive travel emergencies
- Ensure claims and cases are managed accurately and compliantly

About You

- Experience within travel insurance, emergency assistance, Medical,



claims or a customer-focused environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Calm and professional approach when managing urgent situations
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work collaboratively within a team
