Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team on a full-time permanent basis, based out of Rockhampton. The role focuses on winning new sales and clients within your territory covering Pest Control and Hygiene from Mackay down to Bundaberg, Hervey Bay.

Responsibilities

- Drive sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via cold calling.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve set targets.
- Build solid customer relationships and manage a sales pipeline.
- Identify customer needs and deliver successful sales solutions.

Qualifications

- 2+ years’ experience in B2B Sales.
- Proven track record in converting clients and meeting KPIs.
- Strong cold‑calling skills and ability to plan a sales territory.
- Valuable understanding of business clients in the region.
- Excellent sales, solutions,



and negotiation skills.
- Ability to reach and exceed sales targets.
- Commercially focused acumen and autonomous, challenge‑driven mindset.
