Your key responsibilities as a Research Coordinator will include:
- Coordinating sector review meetings by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, arranging logistics, and supporting travel requirements for the research team and fund managers
- Preparing, uploading, and managing contracts and opportunities through CRM and electronic signature platforms, while monitoring outstanding actions and following up where required
- Managing shared inboxes, responding to enquiries, and escalating requests to the research team when appropriate
- Preparing meeting agendas, maintaining registers, and ensuring research documentation is accurate and up to date
- Supporting the operational efficiency of the research team through effective administration and coordination activities
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Legal and Research teams,
to ensure processes are completed accurately and on time
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Research Coordinator:
- You have experience in an administration or coordinator role, ideally within financial services, fintech, wealth management, or a similarly regulated environment
- You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and enjoy working with systems and processes to drive efficiency
- You have excellent communication skills and are confident managing multiple stakeholder interactions professionally
- You demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills when managing competing priorities
- You take initiative, enjoy supporting others, and thrive in a collaborative, service‑oriented team environment
