Job Description

The IT Infrastructure Business Support role plays a key role in supporting the delivery, coordination, and implementation of IT infrastructure across corporate and retail environments globally.

This role is responsible for planning and executing new site IT rollouts, ensuring all hardware, systems, and services are delivered and operationally ready to support business needs. Acting as the on‑site technical lead for deployments, the role combines hands‑on technical capability with strong coordination and project management skills.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors, the role ensures that IT infrastructure is delivered efficiently, meets business and security standards, and is supported by accurate documentation and seamless handover to operational teams.

What You Will Bring

- Proven experience in IT infrastructure deployment, field services, or technical support roles
- Experience in a retail environment is highly desirable
- Strong hardware configuration and deployment experience
- Working knowledge of networking concepts
- Demonstrated vendor and stakeholder management capability
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery
- Solid communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and deliver IT infrastructure setup for new site openings, refurbishments, and relocations
- Review floorplans and assess infrastructure, hardware, network, and end‑user technology requirements
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan and execute site rollouts
- Procure, configure, stage, and deploy IT hardware and equipment for new locations
- Manage multiple rollout projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and project priorities are achieved
- Coordinate contractors, technicians,



and service providers for on‑site installations and support
- Travel domestically and internationally to oversee and support site implementations where required
- Install, configure, and test IT infrastructure including networking, hardware, and end‑user systems
- Ensure all installations align with operational, security and company standards
- Act as the key IT point of contact throughout site rollout and implementation activities
- Maintain accurate documentation relating to site configurations, infrastructure, and support processes
- Provide post‑implementation support, troubleshooting, and operational handovers to support teams
- Monitor and respond to infrastructure support requests, escalating issues where appropriateAssist with Microsoft 365 and Intune administration and device management activities
- Support patching, security compliance, and maintenance across server and laptop environments
- Identify and recommend improvements to infrastructure, rollout processes, device management, and security practices
