Job Description

- Branch replenishment — Maintain optimal stock levels and purchase to planning schedules.
- Stock policy management — Enforce stock policy, monitor levels and recommend adjustments.
- Order management — Track open orders, manage supplier delivery performance and optimise PO schedules.
- Cost optimisation — Analyse pricing across branches, reduce cost dispersion and identify savings.
- Performance tracking — Monitor KPIs including PO lines, SIFOT and cost variance.

Qualifications

- Experience in purchasing or procurement , ideally in electrical wholesale.




- Strong understanding of supplier agreements and market conditions.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
