About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner/ Psychotherapist to join our Brisbane team. In this role, you will provide functional behavioural assessments, develop positive behaviour support plans, and deliver person-centred interventions that enhance quality of life for NDIS participants. You’ll work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and build strong relationships with participants, families, and support networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct functional behaviour assessments.
- Develop high-quality, person-centred behaviour support plans.




- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Support the reduction of restrictive practices in line with NDIS guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with families, support coordinators, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and meet compliance requirements.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.

About You

- Experience in behaviour support (Proficient, Core, or above).
- Solid understanding of positive behaviour support frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Passionate about empowering people and improving outcomes.
