About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a State Pallet Controller to oversee pallet management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across operations. As a key member of the National Pallet Control Team , you’ll be the go‑to expert for pallet processes in your state — driving best practices, supporting teams, and ensuring seamless operations.

In this Role

- Ensure accurate pallet transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor compliance with national pallet management standards
- Conduct audits, stocktakes, and process reviews for data integrity
- Train and support teams on pallet control procedures
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with operations teams and trading partners to drive efficiency





You’re Likely a Match If

- Previous experience in 2IC pallet systems is essential
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in pallet control systems and reporting tools
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or equipment control (pallet management experience is a plus)
