Odyssey House NSW is seeking a Philanthropy Manager to lead high-value fundraising across major donors, trusts and foundations, and corporate partnerships. You will work closely with the CEO and Board to shape strategy, grow income, and expand vital services for people affected by addiction.

You will manage one direct report, contribute to the capital campaign, and build meaningful relationships with stakeholders. Adaptable work arrangements and salary packaging are available.
