Mechanical Quality (QA/QC) Manager

We urgently require a qualified and experienced Mechanical Quality (QA/QC) Manager to be based at our Head Office Lahore and to head our Mechanical QA/QC Department at Corporate Level.

Job Location: Head Office Lahore.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering.
- Extensive knowledge of QA/QC under international standards such as API‑650 and ASME.
- 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas and similar projects, of which at least 5 years at a managerial level.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement QA/QC policies and procedures.
- Lead new certification and renewal processes.
- Conduct internal and external quality audits and resolve NCRs.




- Implement quality improvement systems and conduct risk assessments related to quality.
- Determine system improvements and implement changes.
- Manage the Quality Team and monitor their performance.
- Prepare Quality Dossiers for the Company and Sub‑Contractors for clients.
- Project quality system management documentation.
