About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Organisational Change Manager to support a large, multi-year transformation portfolio focused on cyber security and emerging technology initiatives. This role will sit within a dedicated IT Change function and play a critical part in driving the successful adoption of major Cyber Security and AI initiatives across a complex organisation.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end change management for large-scale IT initiatives
- Design and implement comprehensive change strategies and adoption plans
- Partner with senior leaders to embed sustainable behavioural and cultural change
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide communication strategies
- Deliver targeted stakeholder engagement to support readiness and buy-in
- Coordinate change activities across complex cyber security and AI programs

Location & Availability

Adelaide (Hybrid)

ASAP Start – Contract until December

About You

- 5+ years’ experience leading large-scale IT organisational change within complex environments
- Demonstrated experience supporting cyber security or digital transformation programs




- Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Proven experience driving enterprise-wide technology adoption
- Skilled in developing impactful communications and engagement strategies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
