About the prospect

We are seeking trade-qualified, experienced Sheet Metal Workers for immediate start on major LNG processing operations in Barrow Island and Onslow, WA, with further roles anticipated across long-term maintenance and turnaround campaigns.

Mobilisation available from 06 August 2026

12-hour days on a 2:2 FIFO roster from Perth, supporting major Oil and Gas maintenance and turnaround projects

Full Time and Casual opportunities available with hourly rates ranging from $72 to $84 per hour (depending on employment type)

Paid instructor‑led training allowance applicable for all candidates mobilised

Successful candidates will have demonstrated sheet‑metal and industrial cladding experience within Oil and Gas, LNG, maintenance or turnaround environments.

About you

You're a safety‑minded, team‑focused tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship and contributing to a strong site culture.





- Minimum three years’ experience as a Sheet Metal Worker
- Full Australian work rights – passport, birth certificate, citizenship certificate, or valid work visa
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening
- Genuine commitment to safety – you follow procedures, wear your PPE properly, and speak up when something doesn't look right
- Team player who backs up your crew, communicates well, and helps maintain a positive site culture

Nationally Accredited Qualifications

- Demonstrated sheet metal and industrial cladding experience within Oil and Gas, LNG, maintenance or turnaround environments.
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Construction Induction Card — White Card or Blue Card
- Working at Heights, Confined Space, Gas Test Atmospheres and Fire Training — desirable
