About the Role

At MiTek Asia Pacific, we are looking for a talented Content Marketing Specialist who is passionate about creating content that educates, informs, and inspires.

This is not a traditional marketing role. You will work closely with product experts, engineers, and sales teams to transform complex technical information into clear, engaging content that helps customers understand the value of MiTek's cutting-edge solutions. As a versatile content creator, you will develop and deliver marketing communications across multiple channels, supporting customer engagement, sales initiatives, and brand growth throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities

- Develop content for websites, social media, eDMs, newsletters, case studies, brochures, videos, and other marketing materials.




- Create product and technical content that supports the customer journey.
- Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and key business initiatives.
- Manage website content, SEO improvements, and digital communications.
- Develop, schedule, and monitor organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Coordinate newsletters, sales enablement resources, and customer communications.
- Engage with industry groups and online communities.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing, communications, or content-focused role.
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, construction, technology, or software industries is advantageous.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience creating high-quality content across multiple platforms.
- The ability to understand technical products and communicate their value clearly.
- Experience with digital marketing channels, including websites, eDMs, social media, and CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is desirable.
