Hall Veterinary Surgery is seeking a Full-Time Head Vet Nurse to lead our dedicated nursing team and play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care. This is a wonderful opportunity for a confident, supportive nurse who enjoys mentoring others and being hands‑on in a busy, well‑respected clinic.

About the Role – concerns re the responsibilities

- Support our nursing team, including mentoring and training nurses
- Provide clinical veterinary nursing care at a senior/advanced level
- Maintain high clinical and patient care standards
- Support the Practice Manager in overseeing daily nursing operations and workflows
- Be hands‑on across surgery, anaesthesia, hospital care and client support
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the clinic

About You





- Certificate IV or higher relevant qualification in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent) (as required) with minimum 2 years experience
- Previous leadership or senior nursing experience (highly regarded)
- Strong clinical skills and a calm, organised approach
- A positive, team‑focused leader who leads by example
- Excellent communication and a genuine passion for patient care
