We are seeking an experienced and people‑focused Centre Leader to join our Belrose dental centre. This role offers the opportunity to lead a well established clinic with a loyal patient base, a fantastic team and experienced dentists who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the dental centre.
- Coach, mentor and develop a high‑performing support team.
- Manage rostering, workflow, patient coordination and centre presentation.
- Support practitioners in delivering exceptional patient care and efficient clinical operations.
- Monitor and influence key financial and operational performance metrics.
- Build a positive team culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with the Regional Business Leader to support ongoing centre success.

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in a Centre Leader, Practice Manager or similar leadership role (dental experience highly regarded).
- Strong operational experience including rostering, workflow and patient coordination.
- Experience leading and developing teams to achieve excellent outcomes.
- Confidence managing centre performance and driving continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
