Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service.
- Provide tailored makeup solutions through strong consultation skills.
- Link additional products, educate customers on application techniques and product knowledge in demonstrations.
- Maintain hygiene standards at all times.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in retail events and theme days.
- Maintain 100% professional, polished grooming standards.
- Confidently wear diverse makeup looks that align with brand aesthetic.
- Attend mandatory paid training sessions (virtual and in-person; travel may be required).
- Maintain self‑development through branded online training modules.
- Complete all daily tasks before end of shift, including but not limited to cleaning testers, brushes, and counter displays.
- Unpack stock/testers/studio replenishment to designated storage areas.
- Maintain counter VM, track sales results and time & attendance.
- Recruit new customers,



sign them up to CRM database and handle personal information with integrity.
- Demonstrate enthusiastic, co‑operative team player approach to colleagues, store and brand management.

While certification in make up artistry and/or previous retail make up experience is desirable we also welcome applicants with amateur level experience. Qualifications

- While a qualification in make-up artistry/previous retail make up experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a quick-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
