About the role and team

An opportunity exists for a Planning & Environment Lawyer to join a well regarded Sydney practice working closely with experienced planning and environment practitioners.

You will advise predominantly private sector clients across all stages of the development lifecycle, with exposure to both advisory and dispute related matters. The role encompasses development applications and approvals,



Land and Environment Court proceedings, environmental compliance issues, rezoning matters, compulsory acquisition disputes, heritage and biodiversity matters, and planning agreements.

You will enjoy direct client contact, meaningful responsibility and involvement in significant planning and development projects.

To be successful, you will possess the following

- Admitted to practise in NSW with 4+ years' PAE in planning and environment law
- Strong drafting, analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
