Job Description
- Oversee daily finance operations and month‑end close
- Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Partner with operations and commercial teams to support decision‑making
- Provide financial modelling for pricing, cost‑saving initiatives, and strategic projects
- Mentor and develop finance team members
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A degree in accounting, finance with CA or CPA qualification
- Strong technical accounting and financial management skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage a high performing team
- Commercial mindset with solid business partnering skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Passionate about learning, growth, and making an impact
