Talent Lab Co. is partnering with a quick-growing beauty business to appoint a Head of Product who will own the end-to-end NPD pipeline across all brands and shape long-term category strategy.

You will lead two Senior NPD Specialists, manage supplier relationships, and deputise for the Director of Operations on cross-brand projects. You’ll combine hands-on development with strategic oversight, influence founders, and drive growth across multiple markets while building a high-performing NPD
