Knowmore Legal Service in Sydney seeks an Intake Officer to be the first point of contact for survivors seeking assistance. You will deliver high quality telephone and face-to-face services, gather information, explain Knowmore’s programs, and identify and action clients’ legal and support needs through referrals.
