We are establishing a merit pool of experienced ServiceNow professionals for upcoming contract opportunities across a range of Australian Federal Government agencies and private organisations.

With roles available across a range of opportunities, we're seeking expressions of interest from ServiceNow professionals including:

- Technical Consultants

As part of our ServiceNow talent pool, you may be engaged to design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow platform solutions across modules including:

- ITSM
- ITOM
- CMDB
- Discovery
- HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Security Operations (SecOps)

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ServiceNow platform experience, including administration, development, implementation, or support.
- Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions within Australian Federal Government or other secure, regulated environments.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise ServiceNow environments.
- Current Baseline (or higher) security clearance.
