A rapid-growing provider of battery rental solutions (BESS) for construction and infrastructure across Australia is seeking a high-performing Sales Engineer to drive new client acquisition, secure major contractor relationships, and grow national rental uptake in a rapidly scaling early-stage business.

What You’ll Do

- Hunt and win new business across major construction & infrastructure projects
- Build relationships with Tier 1 & Tier 2 contractors
- Convert project opportunities into long-term battery rental contracts
- Drive site-based engagement and client development
- Help scale market presence nationally

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in industrial or construction sales preferred
- Strong hunter mentality and proven new business ability
- Background in construction, mining, or infrastructure major projects or knowledge in BESS is an advantage
- Self-driven, commercial, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
