About the Role
This role is open to candidates based in WA or Brisbane, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work across diverse national recruitment projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process from job brief through to onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and timelines.
- Run high-volume recruitment campaigns across different industries.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and complete reference checks.
- Build talent pipelines and engage with external networks and communities.
- Support new starters through the onboarding process.
- Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes over time.
- Promote inclusive hiring practices and a strong employer brand.
Qualifications
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in high-volume or bulk recruitment environments.
- Approximately 5 years recruitment experience (agency or internal).
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
- Experience working across different job types, industries or business units.
- A strong focus on delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Experience in the resources, industrial, or technical sectors (highly desirable).
- Exposure to applicant tracking systems (e.g., SmartRecruiters).
