Our client, a leading manufacturer within the electrical industry, is seeking motivated and reliable Assemblers to join their growing team in Prestons.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term employment with a business that has recently secured a significant project pipeline, creating ongoing work opportunities for the foreseeable future.

About the Role

Working within a production and assembly environment, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction and assembly of large electrical switchboards.

Each employee will be assigned their own workstation and provided with all the components, tools, drawings, and instructions required to complete their allocated build. This role requires someone who can work independently, follow detailed instructions, and take ownership of their work from start to finish.

What's on Offer?

- $35.00 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00am - 3:00pm
- Long-term ongoing employment
- Stable work with strong future project demand
- Full onsite induction provided prior to commencement

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, trade assistant, electrical, mechanical, or similar hands-on roles
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and follow instructions, drawings, or plans
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable transport and a positive attitude

Start Date

We are looking to onboard 10 candidates, with onsite inductions taking place prior to commencement and planned starts from Monday 20th July.
