Monday to Friday Role - Immediate Start -$43.50 Per Hour + Overtime + Superannuation

Are you organised, detail-driven and great at keeping things on track? Join a fast-paced waste and recycling operation where compliance and safety are at the heart of everything we do.

We’re looking for a Compliance Administrator to help ensure our operations run smoothly, safely and in line with industry regulations.

Your Day-to-Day

- Maintain driver licence and training records
- Track compliance documents, inductions, and certifications
- Assist with safety reports, incident records, and audits
- Ensure policies and procedures are correctly documented and updated




- Work closely with operations to keep fleet and driver compliance current
- General administration and data management

What We’re Looking For

- Strong administration and organisation skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines and compliance tracking
- Experience in transport, logistics, safety, or compliance (an advantage)
- Confident with computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Valuable communication skills working with drivers and operational teams
- Current Car Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport to get to work

$43.50 Per Hour + Overtime + Superannuation
