AusConnect Underground Services - Caboolture QLD

AusConnect Underground Services is currently seeking experienced Directional Drillers, Excavator Operators, Civil Crew members and Labourers to join our growing team based in Caboolture.

We deliver underground utilities and civil infrastructure projects across QLD and the Eastern Seaboard, offering stable work, a strong pipeline of projects, and opportunities to grow within the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain directional drilling equipment (HDD)
- Operate excavators and civil machinery for trenching and site works
- Perform general labouring duties as required on‑site
- Assist with installation of underground utilities and services
- Follow all WHS requirements and safety procedures
- Work as part of a reliable and productive crew

Skills & Experience

- Experience in Directional Drilling, Excavation or Civil Construction
- Valid Driver’s Licence - MR, HR, HC or MC (essential)
- Construction White Card (essential)




- Relevant high-risk tickets (highly regarded)
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work in a team workplace and follow direction
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to contribute across tasks
