Join our team as ahigh-performing Coordinator and take the lead at an established and flourishingAfter School Care service located on the grounds ofHoly Innocents' Catholic Primary School, Croydon . This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a vibrant and supportive community.
This is aPermanent, Part-Time position, After school care only, Term Time only.

About the Role
We are seeking anenthusiastic and dedicated professional with a genuine passion for childcare. As Coordinator , you will inspire your team with compassion, friendliness, and the ability to engage positively and productively with children.
Your Key Responsibilities:
As the Coordinator, you will play a vital leadership role in shaping a positive, enriching setting for children, educators,
and families. Your responsibilities will include:
- Create a safe, inclusive space – Champion a culture where every child and staff member feels welcome, supported, and respected
- Stay organised and vigilant – Manageaccurate attendance records and bookings to ensure consistent supervision and safety
- Empower your team –Supervise and mentor educators , helping them grow in confidence and capability in their daily practice
- Inspire young minds – Design and deliverengaging, educational programs , underpinned by thoughtful observations and reflection
- Live the values – Support and promote themission and ethos of the Catholic Church , embedding them in your day-to-day leadership
- Build strong community ties – Nurturepositive relationships with families, the school, and key community stakeholders
About You:
To excel in this role, you will bring:
- ADiploma in Early Childhood Education and Care .
- Proven experience inOut of School Hours Care (OSHC) .
- Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills
- Is reliable, organised, and enthusiastic
- Certification inChild Protection Training .
- CurrentFirst Aid Certificates , including CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma management.
- A validNSW Working With Children Check .
