Reporting to the Warehouse Distribution Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the despatch office, coordinating distribution activities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Distribution Coordination

- Manage daily distribution and delivery schedules
- Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and administrative tasks
- File and distribute paperwork
- Liaise with carriers and coordinate courier services
- Provide consistent, highlevel customer service

Inventory & Consumables Management

- Verify transport/freight invoices and delivery dockets
- Complete freight documentation and assist drivers
