Retail Sales Assistant/Sleep Coach

About the Role

As a Sleep Coach , you'll play a vital role in supporting customers on their health journey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid background in customer service, retail or healthcare who is ready to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

You'll combine education, customer support and care — helping customers understand their sleep therapy, troubleshoot concerns and feel confident using their equipment.

No healthcare experience is required — comprehensive training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries in-store and over the phone
- Investigate and help customers problem-solve therapy and equipment issues
- Provide set-up, ongoing support and education to encourage successful therapy outcomes
- Fit customers for masks and recommend the most suitable options based on training
- Educate customers on the safe and effective use of sleep therapy equipment
- Drive sales of new or additional services,



including phone-based follow-ups on trials and testing results
- Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the clinic and retail environment
- Process payments and complete administrative duties as required
- Manage trial and sales stock, including inventory control and re-ordering

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

- Previous experience in a customer service, retail or healthcare environment
- A warm, caring approach and the ability to provide outstanding customer experiences
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your style to meet individual customer needs
- Empathy, compassion and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Active listening skills with a solutions-focused mindset
- A strong work ethic, reliability and honesty
- The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team

Healthcare or healthcare retail experience is advantageous but not essential — we're looking for the right attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.
