All Grind&Coat; is a concrete grinding, polishing and coating specialist based in Mareeba, serving Far North Queensland. We’re growing and seeking a hands-on tradesperson who can operate floor grinders and edge equipment with minimal supervision, while mentoring junior crew as needed.
