Previous experience within aged care or healthcare is essential, and you will be highly organised, comfortable with learning new technology, and able to communicate with residents, staff and families.

Your key responsibility will be providing exceptional customer service at the front desk, handling enquiries in person and over the phone, and completing front-desk admin
