Retail Sales Associate – New Company | Growth & Career Pathways for 2026

The Company

Atlas Direct is a newly launched retail sales and marketing agency led by a Managing Director with years of industry experience, representing some of Australia’s largest not-for-profit organisations and sporting clients.

You will represent national not-for-profit and sporting campaigns in a retail face-to-face environment.

- Up to $35 per hour + super + uncapped bonuses (OTE $1,200–$2,000+ weekly for high performers)
