About the role:

At Carinity – Shalom, we’re committed to providingcompassionate, person-centred aged care that supports residents tolive with dignity, comfort, and connection. Personal Carers workunder the direction of the registered staff to meet the individualcare needs of residents in an effective and holistic manner,ensuring a high standard of living is maintained in a pleasant,homelike environment with a genuine interest in caring for theelderly, supporting their dignity and independence.

You will support customers with a variety of activities in theirdaily lifestyle routines including home/room cleaning and clothing,food and dining experiences, social interaction and companionship,lifestyle interests and reminiscence.

Position 1 – Part-time (30 hours per fortnight)

Week 1: Saturday PM

Week 2: Friday AM, Saturday AM, Monday AM

Position 2 – Part time (50 hours perfortnight)

Week 1: Saturday PM, Sunday PM, Monday PM, Tuesday NightShift

Week 2: Friday PM, Saturday PM, Monday Night Shift

Position 3 – Casual





Availability Monday – Sunday

What do you need for the role?

- Certificate III in Aged/Community Care and/or appropriatequalifications and experience
- Willingness to work as a team member, relating to amulti-disciplinary team
- Highly developed verbal and written communicationskills
- Previous experience in a similar role is highlyadvantageous
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
