The Role

You will perform a wide variety of beauty therapy treatments and spa treatments with a focus on high performance facial treatments, massage therapy and spa rituals

Create an atmosphere that makes our guests feel comfortable and welcome

Sell treatments to potential clients and convert enquiries into treatment bookings, upsell treatments where possible and follow up with retail products after treatments

Ensure rooms and equipment are well maintained and well presented

Maintain up to date knowledge on current products and treatments available and be able to make recommendations to clients, that meet their needs

- Qualifications: Diploma of Beauty Therapy is desirable

Your Qualities:

- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist with a focus on relaxation massage.
- A genuine passion for customer service with the ability to connect with people
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- A high level of personal presentation and grooming
- Available 3-4 days
- You can work autonomously as well as within a team
